As you have probably gathered, im a book addict! And so, that means that I spend half my time reading books and the other half waiting for the next book in the series to come out... which is sad. Since nothing in my life is very exciting, I will make a list on the books I cant wait for! =) Btw, its bigger than me recomendations list... =P
1) The Last Sacrifice
Last book of the Vampire Academy series and it is written by Richelle Mead. It comes out on 7/12/2010

Book Recomendations!
Heyy Guys!
I rarely travel during holidays and i find reading a VERY good past time. In case you are looking for something good to read (like myself), here are some recomendations!
1)House of Night Series - PC and Kristen Cast
I actually have a post about these series somewhere. Take a look at it! Oh! take a look at the site as well: www.houseofnightseries.com . There are 7 books: Marked, Betrayed, Chosen, Untamed, Hunted, Tempted and Burned. The 8th book is apparently called Awakened and it is going to be published on the 4th January, 2011. Cant wait for it!
2)Vampire Academy, Georgina Kincaid and Black Swan Series - Richelle Mead
a) Vampire Academy - These books are about this young guardian Dhampir named Rose Hathaway. Her best friend, Lissa, is part of the Moroi, specifically, the royal Moroi. During her educationaly, or not so educational, years at St. Vladmirs, she meets with another Dhampir, Dimitri Belikov. He is her mentor, but yeah, they do fall in love. Not to mention that suddenly all male elements and spirts are trying to get her into bed. Her love life is torn between Kiyo, the kitsune and Dorian, the king of Oakland. a) Graceling - Graceling takes place in 7 kingdoms: Wester, Nander, Estill, Sunder, Middluns, Monsea and Leinid. There are people in these lands which have an eye of each colour called Graceling. A Graceling can be Graced with mind reading, fighting, or running backwards and climbing. Katsa is graced with Killing. She is on a mission to rescue the missing father of the Leinid King. b) Fire - It takes place much before Graceling and is set on the kingdom of Dells, where monsters habbit. Monsters and uniquely colour animals. Fire is the last human monster, and she can read feelings and thoughts of other people. Her flamming hair attracts all kinds of other monsters, as monsters crave each others blood. When the throne of King Nash is being threatened, Fire joins forces with Brigan, Nash, Clara and Garan to defeat their neighbours Mydogg and Genetian. Kingdoms aside, a mysterious archer seems to be shooting different people and clounding their minds with a kind of "fog".
4)The Cardturner - Louis Sachar
Alton has been forced to call his uncle Lester Trapp since he was a little kid, even though Lester isnt even his uncle, he is his mothers uncle. Uncle Lester has diabetes and is blind and is at the brink of death. Trapp is also a very well known bridge player, even being blind. Toni, his previous cardturner, is skitsophrenic and some how lost her job. Alton is then his new cardturner, paid 57 dollars for every bridge game he takes his uncle to, and slowly discovers how to play bridge himself. Consits of 3 books: City of Bones, City of Ashes and City of Glass. Clary, Jace, Izzy, Alex, and Max are all Shadowhunters; Nephlim, part angel, part human. They work to banish spirits and restore peace in the human world. Simon and Luke are Clary's best friend and father-like figure, but are both downworlders and do not get along with Jace and Co. She dislikes Patch because of his arrogance and yet, feels very attracted to her.He seems to know a lot about her, without even knowing her. Heyy guys!
Its been such a long time!! I havent written here since what? March? Wow! So instead of writinhg about the events in different posts, I will quickly and briefly describe what happened between brasilia and now. Well, basically NOTHING. I did have a birthday party and it was pretty good =) take a look: -->
Ah! There was the prize giving at my school, yes on the last day of school before we had holidays. Im proud to say that I did get the Music and McCann prize this year =D My friends, specially Rafael and Filshill also won several prizes! Im sooo proud of them =)
Hm, my best friend is also moving to another school, which is sad, but at least shes stil in Brazil! We had this goodbye party at my other friends house.
And alas, HOLIDAYS! Back to blogging, watching LOADS of films, reading even more books, waking up at 12:00 and doing absolutely NOTHING. Up til now, I've read 18 books and i will make suggestions on my next post.

Stop! Listen to the Music
Hey Guys!
Today was a almost a whole day teaching my grandmother english, playing online stop and listening to music. Well, with today, i can conclude that:
1) My grandmother is a fast learner
2) The people who play online stop cheat a lot i mean, how do 8th graders know all the names of Brazil's Presidents (you have to have a school account to play this one?!
3) I need to upload more songs onto my ipod.
At the end of today, i am left with a 7 paged word document with extremely simple english; 4 lists from a to z of brazils presidents, collective nouns, body bones, countries and capitals and elements of the periodic table (if other kids cheat, why cant i?); and a head full of songs. hows that for relaxing holidays?
Apart from that i have some suggestions for songs, btw, they arent all very recent, but the old songs are the best.

Stuck at Home And Unhealthy Diets
Hey Guys!
You know what i just figured?? nowadays, kids who are stuck at home (such as me) spend more time facing a screen than not facing a screen. Like my typical day at home is like:
wake up at 11:00
have lunch
watch tv while having lunch
go onto the computer
play wii
think about taking my dog out for a walk an then deciding to play ds
play piano
play ping pong
listen to my ipod while reading
more computer
dinner
more tv
more computer
bed/sleep.
I think i made my point.. heehee.
Like all my friends are also addicted to vid games and computers.. like what happened to going out for a walk, or drawing, or reading, or going to the park and play some ball, etc?? Either we are getting lazier or technology is starting to take control of us....*eek*! thats a freaky thought!!
Another thing which annoys me a lot is the present diet. like, people start to blame mc donalds for making unhealthy food, but have you ever thought that youre the one choosing to eat there?! When youre complaining about the unhealthy snacks, why dont u order a salad instead of a big mac?! See my point?!? then people diet because of their diet.. althought dieting does work, its not particularly healthy. like totally cut the extra fat but dont cut the veggies or the meat!!! i mean, puh-lease!!! Have you tried BURNING the calories instead of dieting to AVOID them? sports are super healthy and will totally help you burn calories. sports will also help you socialize better and avoid screens (hmm.. my two points are now starting to join.. hmm)!!!
I guess i thought i needed to share this with ppl...
Oh! and bout my day today... I WAS NOT STUCK AT HOME!!! *yay* I actually went to play tennis and it was my dads bday!!! unfortunately i spent most of my day playing wii w. my cousin and my brother and we finally ended the game rock band (btw, ppl who are thinking bout buying rock band or guitar hero, go for gh!!! the songs are better and the notes are better... sorry rb, but ur not that good).

I think i made my point.. heehee.
Like all my friends are also addicted to vid games and computers.. like what happened to going out for a walk, or drawing, or reading, or going to the park and play some ball, etc?? Either we are getting lazier or technology is starting to take control of us....*eek*! thats a freaky thought!!
Another thing which annoys me a lot is the present diet. like, people start to blame mc donalds for making unhealthy food, but have you ever thought that youre the one choosing to eat there?! When youre complaining about the unhealthy snacks, why dont u order a salad instead of a big mac?! See my point?!? then people diet because of their diet.. althought dieting does work, its not particularly healthy. like totally cut the extra fat but dont cut the veggies or the meat!!! i mean, puh-lease!!! Have you tried BURNING the calories instead of dieting to AVOID them? sports are super healthy and will totally help you burn calories. sports will also help you socialize better and avoid screens (hmm.. my two points are now starting to join.. hmm)!!!
I guess i thought i needed to share this with ppl...
Oh! and bout my day today... I WAS NOT STUCK AT HOME!!! *yay* I actually went to play tennis and it was my dads bday!!! unfortunately i spent most of my day playing wii w. my cousin and my brother and we finally ended the game rock band (btw, ppl who are thinking bout buying rock band or guitar hero, go for gh!!! the songs are better and the notes are better... sorry rb, but ur not that good).

House Of Night Series
Hey Guys!
Recently I have been tired of reading the same books: Harry Potter, Eragon, The Golden Compass, Inkheart, etc. Luckily i found this series, which totally owns twilight.
At first when i read the blurb of the first book, Marked, i thought that it was going to be exactly like twilight and all those other vampire cheesy books, but this is NOTHING like that! The House Of Night Series is catchy, intriguing, sexy, new and hip. In other words.. TOTALLY AWESOME! Its about this girl Zoey Montgomery, who just wants to fit in. Her mother re married a man called John Heffer and ever since she has changed completely. The only person Zoey trusts is her Grandmother, Sylvia Redbird. One day at school, a tracker vampyre marks Zoey. She then goes to the only vampyre school in that area: The House Of Night. She gets to start a new life with a new name, new school and new habbts. There, she makes new friends but unfortunately, her wish of being normal is not happening. Zoey is the only third former fledging who has a filled in mark. She is already loathed by the most popular group: The Dark Daughters. How will she manage to fit in?

Hey Guys!
I'm not a particularly good writer, but i guess that writing blogs isn't something that requires an enormous amount of talent and its meant to be something enjoyable. =P
Another thing you should know about me is that i constantly say im going to write in my journal, diary, blog everyday. well guess what?!?! i end up not writing everyday so... sorry peeps.
I think that writing this blog will be great cuz i can finally take some weight off my shoulders. Also, its gonna be a much more productive way of spending my holidays.. heheehhe
well... i kinda gotta sleep so...
